How much does it cost to attend the event?

Please see the pricing page for all registration rate information.

What should I do when I get to the event?

Please pick-up your badge at the on-site registration desk when you arrive at the event. Registration will be open from 7:00am – 5:00pm.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary wifi is provided throughout the McNamara Alumni Center.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual attire is recommended. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

Are hotel accommodations included in registration?

Hotel accommodations are not included in your event registration. Please check the travel page for information on local hotels.

Are meals included with my registration?

Breakfast and Lunch is included in your registration. If you would like to attend the Women in MedTech Breakfast, please select this option during your registration. See more on our pricing page, here.

Can I bring a child to the event?

No. For insurance and safety reasons all attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
