In her role at Baxter, she leads the team that is helping redefine healthcare delivery with the latest smart bed technologies, surgical solutions and connectivity. Her team is passionate about delivering solutions that can empower caregivers by connecting every moment of care.
Previous to Baxter, Julie served as president for the Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Services business at Medtronic. She focused on driving key strategic priorities in digital healthcare, data/AI and advancing their leading insertable cardiac monitoring platform. Prior to that, Julie held various commercial leadership roles.
Julie is dedicated to building strong team culture and is passionate about supporting women in leadership roles across the MedTech industry. At Baxter, she is the executive sponsor for the Alliance for Baxter Women and ambassador of the field chapter. At Medtronic, Julie was an active member of the Medtronic Women’s Network, as well as a co-founder of the ASPIRE field organization.
Julie obtained her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
