Emily Elswick

Emily Elswick is President of the Medtronic Pelvic Health Operating Unit, with more than 25 years of experience across medtech and telecommunications, including over two decades at Medtronic. Her career spans senior leadership roles in global marketing, market development, enterprise accounts, and most recently, the Office of the CEO, where she was responsible for driving Medtronic-wide strategy initiatives. Emily is known for leading with purpose, advancing innovation at scale, and ensuring diverse backgrounds and experiences have a seat at the table—particularly women in surgery and medtech leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University and serves on nonprofit and industry boards focused on patient advocacy and cancer care.
