Debra Rectenwald

Debra Rectenwald is an Executive in 3M’s $5 billion health care business. She currently serves as President and General Manager of 3M’s Infection Prevention Division, which partners with hospitals, industry leaders and international organizations to deliver innovative medical devices that help eliminate hospital-acquired infections. Today, in the U.S. alone, over 2 million hospital patients contact infections annually. Debra joined 3M in 1988 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility across its businesses.
