Phil collaborates with global experts, healthcare professionals, and clinical investigators to improve patient care through evidence-based approaches. He has served on numerous scientific and strategic advisory boards across corporate, medical society, and government levels and has a strong track record of driving impactful programs across the product development lifecycle. He holds a PhD in Molecular Toxicology.
