In his role as VP of Innovation for Ximedica, Joe utilizes research insights, and industry experience to create strategies and bleeding edge product solutions for the world of healthcare.
With a passion for applying a human-centered approach to the design and development effort along with a commitment to building a culture of innovation, Joe advises and leads expert teams of researchers, engineers and designers in collaboration with a global client base to co-create, implement, and measure transformational solutions. Joe has honed his expertise in a wide range of specialized fields including arthroscopic, audiology, endoscopy, gynecology, orthopedic, urology, ophthalmic, and robotics.
Throughout his career Joe has received several numerous design awards for his work in medical including two BusinessWeek IDEA awards, an I.D. magazine award, and three Medical Design Excellence Awards.
Joe graduated with a BS in Industrial Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
